- Develop comprehensive go-to-market strategy and plans with the objective to drive attach/upgrade revenue.
- Bring insights - dive into the product, talk to the customers, conduct market research.
- You will drive marketing research and engage in customer dialogs to identify insights to augment the launch and help shape future products. You will define, develop and drive marketing initiatives to optimize customer lifetime value (LTV) across Web, Email, Sales, Dashboard, and SMS.
- Produce competitive analysis for your product line. Develop product positioning and partner with UX/Copywriter to craft compelling messages that reinforce value. This includes copywriting for landing pages, cross-sell pages, emails, and more.
- Influence the customer purchase and onboarding experiences.
- Join forces with fellow Marketers to amplify your go-to-market programs.
- Understand the success metrics and own the outcome of your product launches.
- Apply test-learn-iterate technique often.
- Proven track record of product launches, engagement and retention campaigns.
- Passion for the customer, with care and attention to the user's end-to-end experience.
- Solid data interpretation skills, comfortable using data to inform decisions.
- Experience with crafting compelling messages for the target audience.
- High energy level, with a bias for action and accountability.
- A high degree of self-starting initiative and organization.
- 3-5 years of product marketing experience for a saas company targeting small businesses or consumers.
- Data visualization and analysis tools ( Tableau, Mixpanel, Snowflake etc)
- Legaltech or Regtech experience is a bonus
- macOS and G-Workspace knowledge is a plus

The Role
We are looking for a creative, analytical, and highly motivated person to join our Product Marketing team to manage our formations and compliance portfolio which includes LLC formation, registered agent, business documents and more. In this role, you'll play an active role in the product's go-to-market strategy and execution from beginning to end. You will work alongside our Product, Design, Marketing, Data, Sales and Customer Success teams to drive the go-to-market strategy and tactics for new products. This includes product positioning and messaging, go to market campaigns, customer experience enhancements, market and competitive analysis, packaging, and pricing. You will lean on your problem-solving skills to strategize how to showcase our rapidly-growing products with simplicity and clarity in the purchase experience.
