    We are a well-established business with multiple studio locations and are looking to hire a full time sales manager to work at our Maitland, FL location and manage a team of sales people (art directors). The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional coaching and problem solving skills.

    Core Responsibilities

    • Quickly become familiarized with the entire sales process.
    • Ensure team of art directors follow work flows.
    • Provide coaching to team as necessary.
    • Establish new systems and processes to sales process as needed.
    • Be willing to conduct sales sessions as needed.
    • Be flexible in working together with management and taking constructive criticism to achieve company goals.

    Qualifications

    • Must have prior sales/and or management experience.
    • Be able to effectively coach and communicate with staff while still being coachable and trainable by management.
    • Must be able to pass a background check.
    • High-energy personality and strong emotional intelligence.
    • High attention to detail and approaches to work in an organized manner are required.
    • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
    • Proficient with modern computing technology.

    Pay: Salary position with bonuses for high achievement.
