    Job Summary:
    We are looking for a dynamic Controls Assistant Project Manager to join our progressive team in Orange, CA.

    This role is perfect for individuals with a background in building automation controls and a strong desire to apply their project management skills within commercial environments.

    Candidates should have at least 2 years of relevant experience and proficiency in AutoCAD. A bachelor's degree in engineering is preferred, offering a unique opportunity for professional growth and involvement in significant projects.


    Key Responsibilities:


    Assist in managing the entire lifecycle of building automation control projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to high standards.

    Collaborate closely with project teams on the installation, servicing, and programming of control systems across diverse commercial environments.
    Utilize AutoCAD to develop detailed project designs and schematics, ensuring alignment with client specifications and industry standards.
    Proactively troubleshoot and resolve issues related to control system integration and functionality.
    Maintain rigorous documentation of all project activities, ensuring compliance with industry practices and client requirements.
    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, consistently exceeding their expectations and enhancing project delivery.


    Qualifications:
    Minimum of 2 years' experience in building automation controls, with a proven track record in project management.
    Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD.
    Familiarity with Tridium, Niagara, or N4 controls platforms is advantageous.
    Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is preferred.
    Excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential for effective team collaboration and client interactions.
    Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
