What You'll Do :
As a PC Business Development Director you will lead, develop the strategy, and manage consistent execution of P/C business development product delivery across the eight state business units, with a focus on successful development and implementation of Usage Based Insurance (UBI) programs and new market opportunities.
You will also be responsible for sourcing, managing, and implementing new business opportunities and ensure efficient and effective marketing, advertising and promotional planning through the marketing department.
Manage, monitor and coordinate all operational components of P/C business development products and programs to ensure long-term profitable growth of the P/C business.
