- Answer employee questions in regard to international benefits in Canada and LATAM
- Partner with local benefits consultants and HR to understand employee needs, local benefits market practices and trends
- Make recommendations for updated/improved benefit programs
- Implement and manage time off and benefits enrollment systems
- Manage annual renewals for healthcare and disability including contracting Healthcare and pension, and grocery voucher administration including enrollment, updates/changes, termination and communicating benefits payroll files to Payroll
- Manage leave of absence administration including policy creation

Pay: $32.00/hr. to $34.00/hr. DOE
Schedule: Monday-Friday (EST hours worked)
Location: Remote to USA
Contract Duration: March 2024 to March 2025

Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications:
• Over 5 years of directly related experience in international benefits, leave, and pension plan administration.
• Effective experience interacting with and influencing all levels of an organization.
• Proven capability in managing large projects, including communications and change management.
• Experience with Workday and a strong understanding of benefit enrollment systems workflow.
• Familiarity with Google Suite: Gmail, Sheets, Doc, and Slides. Strong expertise in quantitative analysis in Sheets or Excel.
• Degree preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Spanish bilingual a plus.
