- Build in-depth knowledge of company operations, policies/procedures and legal matters
- Support all aspects of company transactions, entity filings, business licensing and mergers & acquisitions
- Assist with due diligence and post-closing integration and administration as needed
- Ensure compliance with multiple governmental agencies
- Partner with IXL's leaders on all vendor contracts, assisting with creation or review of contracts, and tracking expiration dates and other details
- Facilitate contract execution, liaising with insurance brokers to obtain proof of insurance and other supporting documents as needed
- Review and process legal bills to ensure appropriate allocation
- Assist with trademark and IP renewals and maintenance and collaborate with the IT team to process domain transfers
- Compose, prepare and maintain confidential correspondence, reports, memos and other documentation
- BA/BS degree
- Paralegal certification is a plus
- 5+ years of previous paralegal experience in a law firm or business environment
- Knowledge of legal administrative procedures and practices
- Self-starter with strong problem solving skills who thrives in a fast paced environment
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects
- Familiarity with document review process and contract management
- High level of discretion and and sound judgment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
