    Compensation: $52,000 - $116,000

    Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research and analysis of statutes, legal codes, and judicial decisions
  • Prepare a wide range of legal documents, such as briefs, contracts, parenting plans, custody orders, and more
  • Coordinate hearings and appointments, manage client calls, and draft routine correspondence
  • Disclosures and discovery
  • File and organize legal documents and correspondence

    • Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in legal software such as Lawyaw, Dissomaster, Odyssey, and One Legal (Preferred)
  • Paralegal Certification (Preferred)
  • 3 - 5 years of Paralegal experience, with a focus on family law (Preferred)
