- Assist attorneys in handling all aspects of litigation, including managing evidence, answering interrogatories, and preparing legal documents such as motions, complaints, and briefs.
- Interview clients and witnesses for hearings, depositions, and trials.
- Perform all types of legal support work assigned by attorneys, following the rules of the California State Bar.
- Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals to ensure effective case management and client representation.
- Utilize electronic discovery platforms for ESI Discovery tasks.
- Minimum of five years' experience working as a paralegal in a civil litigation law firm.
- Proficiency in ESI Discovery procedures and tools.
- Strong academic background and proven track record of performance.
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a creative and problemsolving mindset.
- Must possess a Paralegal certificate or a degree in paralegal studies.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, along with a Paralegal certificate from an American Bar Association (ABA) approved program.
