    Job Description:

    We are seeking a talented and motivated Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic litigation team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in intellectual property law and litigation support, with excellent organizational and communication skills. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile IP litigation cases and collaborate with experienced attorneys in a fast-paced legal environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation, including case management, document production, and trial preparation.
    • Conduct legal research and analysis on case issues.
    • Manage and organize case files, including electronic discovery materials, pleadings, and correspondence.
    • Coordinate with clients, outside counsel, and expert witnesses to gather and exchange information relevant to the litigation.
    • Draft and prepare legal documents, such as complaints, motions, discovery requests, and deposition summaries.
    • Assist with deposition and trial preparation, including witness preparation, exhibit management, and courtroom logistics.
    • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to ethical standards of the legal profession.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate from an accredited institution.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a litigation paralegal
    • Strong understanding of civil litigation procedures, including e-filing, discovery, and trial practice.
    • Proficiency in legal research tools such as Westlaw or LexisNexis.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with attorneys, clients, and external parties.
    • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software.
