- Managing document production processes, including collecting materials, maintaining chain of custody, and preparing documents
- Conducting substantive research, analyzing documents, and compiling information
- Coordinating preparation and filing of briefs and legal documents, and interacting with various entities
- Overseeing litigation support systems and preparation for witnesses and depositions
- Managing trial preparation and trial support, as well as resources and relationships with vendors
- Bachelor's Degree or ABA paralegal certificate required
- 5+ years of experience managing out-of-town trial offices
- Proficiency in legal software and document management systems
- Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills
- Proactive approach and ability to work hands-on as needed
- Complex litigation experience and proficiency in litigation support applications
- Demonstrated history of proposing and implementing process improvements
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and management skills
- Creativity, initiative, and willingness to travel or work overtime if required
