    Litigation Paralegal (Bankruptcy) Opportunity in San Francisco, CA

    Scion Staffing is conducting a search for an experienced Litigation Paralegal (Bankruptcy) for a renowned financial services group specializing in class-action lawsuits in San Francisco, CA. This is a completely remote 1â??2 year long-term temporary opportunity to join a motivated and mission-driven team and advance your career in the legal field.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Conduct research on case-related factual issues using in-house files and external references
    • Assist in preparing client claims
    • Organize and manage documents, including creating spreadsheets
    • Coordinate document collection, review, and production
    • Compile information, prepare statistics, charts, graphs, and other summaries

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Paralegal certificate from an ABA accredited program preferred, or equivalent education/experience
    • Substantial litigation experience as a paralegal/legal assistant in a law firm setting
    • Proficiency in Bankruptcy cases with the ability to research cases in the PACER legal database
    • Experience handling medium to large-scale document productions

    Compensation:
    This opportunity offers a starting hourly pay of $43/hr with potential for career advancement, plus medical, dental, vision, and voluntary life insurance, an employee assistance plan (EAP), and commuter and transit benefits for those who are working on average 30 or more hours per week.
