- Develop and maintain relationships with doctors, medical practices, and healthcare professionals in assigned territories.
- Visit doctors' offices regularly to present information about our clinical trials, explaining the benefits and processes involved.
- Serve as a point of contact for doctors and healthcare professionals, addressing their questions and concerns about our clinical trials.
- Provide educational materials and training to doctors and their staff to ensure they understand the trial requirements and patient eligibility criteria.
- Identify new opportunities for patient referrals and expand the network of referring doctors.
- Collaborate with the clinical trial team to ensure smooth coordination of referred patients and provide feedback from the field.
- Maintain accurate records of visits, communications, and other interactions with healthcare professionals.
- Stay informed about the latest developments in clinical trials and related regulations to ensure accurate information is conveyed.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Life Sciences, Healthcare, Marketing).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with healthcare professionals.
- Ability to explain complex medical information in a clear and understandable manner.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently within assigned territories.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Experience in clinical research or healthcare industry.
- Knowledge of clinical trial processes and patient recruitment strategies.
- Existing network of healthcare professionals in the region.
