    POSITION SUMMARY

    The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for generating conversations with potential clients and converting those conversations into successful leads. Duties will include reaching out to current and potential prospects to increase company awareness and growth, calling warm and cold leads, qualifying and enrolling new clients into the company. In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have an understanding of the sales process and dynamics and demonstrate adept communication skills.

    OBJECTIVES

    • Make outbound calls daily to generate new leads
    • Schedule up to 150 meetings a month with prospective clients
    • Contribute to 50 sales for the Freedom Funding Accelerator to get $150k to $300k in Revenue per month
    • Manage pipeline of prospects using company CRM and perform daily review of leads and lead sources
    • Accurately provide information regarding the Business Model of BogeGroup
    • Ask qualifying questions to determine the prospect's financials, credit history, business... etc.
    • Utilize role-play opportunities to gain confidence in the sales process
    • Track Statistics at the end of the day

    COMPETENCIES

    • Strong ability to explain BogeGroup Financial Consulting Solutions to clients
    • Understand and follow the sales scripts
    • Ability to meet or exceed sales quota of 250+ outbound calls per day
    • Ability to create qualified leads and meet quota of 150+ per month
    • Ability to leverage Active Campaign CRM and be accurate in taking notes on prospects
    • Can utilize the Freedom Funding Accelerator (Funding Consulting) sales script without deviating in order to master the conversations
    • Comfortable with consistent follow up and ability to get creative when reaching out to potential clients (i.e. video messages, )
    • Knowledgeable of the Product and Pricing guide and stay up to date with any changes
    • Thorough understanding of Master Sales Skills and Master BogeGroup Products & Services
    • Be coachable on how to improve your statistics

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

    • GED or high school diploma preferred
    • Preferred at least 1-2 years' work experience in a sales specific role with a training, organizational development or content development focus

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

    • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
    • Willing to relocate to the Miami, FL area

    Schedule:

    • Weekends as needed

    Pay: $80, $140,000.00 per year
