    If you are a highly talented Marketing Coordinator, Market Engagement, we want to hear from youThis position will sit in our Austin, Texas office.

    This role is hybrid with an in-office requirement of 2-3 days per week.


    Minimum Requirements:
    High school diploma3 years' experience in a professional services environmentProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power PointStrong communication skills as well as strong writing, proofreading and editing skillsDetail-oriented and self-motivatedAbility to prioritize changing demands and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting

    Preferred Requirements:

    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, English or related fieldPrior law firm or related, transferrable professional services experienceHigh-energy and curious self-starter with a focus on quality product production and client service deliveryStrong organizational and project management skillsWhat will your day look like?As part of the Market Engagement team, you will collaborate with firm lawyers and other marketing team members to support select marketing and business development activities that amplify the visibility and favorability of the firm's brand and its lawyer nationwide.

    You will support the regional marketing manager team with events, sponsorships and other client-development and client-nurturing activities; develop regionally-focused content for newsletters, brochures and pitches; assist with marketing budgets, invoices and tracking of both; support regional legal directory submissions in partnership with practice and sector marketing teams; and provide other project assistance for marketing as needed, including coordination with other support groups including the operations and hospitality teams.

    Physical Demands, Work Environment, and Other RequirementsSedentary work:

    Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.

    Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.
