WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Manychat is building out its marketing function and we're looking to add a few key hires, one being our first Head of Marketing Operations.

This role will play a pivotal role in optimizing processes within the marketing team, driving operational efficiency, and managing the MarTech stack.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Streamline and improve marketing processes
Oversee our suite of marketing technology tools ensuring proper integration and utilization, and introducing new tools when appropriate
Develop dashboards and maintain metrics that help drive the overall marketing strategy
Collaborate with internal teams to drive alignment between marketing and companywide objectives

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

8+ years of related experience
Strong analytical skills
Curiosity and a growth mindset
Demonstrated ability to lead crossfunctional projects
Agency experience is a plus
