The role:


The VP of Engagement in Marketing, with a focus on strong social media skills, plays a pivotal role in enhancing brand loyalty and customer satisfaction through effective customer engagement strategies.

This position requires a strategic thinker with deep knowledge of social media platforms and trends, as well as the ability to lead a team in executing engagement initiatives that drive business growth centered around the company's media calendar.


What You'll Do:

Brand Amplification: Execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to boost brand visibility, engagement, and fandom.

Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, industry best practices, and emerging platforms to identify proactive growth and innovation opportunities.

Business Review: Regularly produce business review reports to collectively assess and optimize future strategies.

Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty:Leverage
customer surveys and interaction feedback to assess improvements in customer satisfaction (CSAT), NPS and loyalty metrics. Track customer retention rates and customer lifetime value (LTV) to ensure sustained engagement benefits.

Lead Generation and Conversion: Evaluate the impact of engagement strategies on lead generation, lead quality, and conversion rates.

Team collaboration:Assess team performance and productivity, looking for improvements in content creation, engagement, and collaboration.

Content Performance: Monitor the performance of social media content, such as click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates. Identify which types of content (e.g., videos, infographics, blog posts) are resonating most with the audience.


Experience We're Looking For:


  • Minimum of 8 years work experience in a marketing role
  • Proven track record of developing successful social media campaigns and growing brand engagement.
  • Strong understanding of popular social media platforms and digital marketing platforms, their nuances, and best practices for content optimization.

Effective Communication: Utilize excellent written and verbal skills to communicate intricate details and big-picture strategies effectively.

Multi-Tasking: Manage multiple projects concurrently, always hitting your deadlines.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Experience working with Hospitality/Entertainment Industry will be a PLUS
