Position Summary:
We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing and Multimedia Content Specialist to join our Development and Communications team.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging and impactful multimedia content that effectively communicates our mission and engages our target audience.

This role requires a creative mindset, strong technical skills, and a passion for storytelling.


Essential responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize, plan, and create multimedia content including graphics, videos, and photography for various digital platforms and traditional media.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop content strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Capture and edit highquality photos and videos at events, programs, and initiatives.
  • Design visually appealing graphics for social media, websites, print materials, and presentations.
  • Write clear and compelling copy for multimedia content, ensuring consistency in tone and messaging.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in multimedia content creation and storytelling.
  • Manage multimedia content library and ensure proper organization and documentation of assets.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is required

Note:
Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.

  • 23 years of demonstrated experience in video production, and photography (digital and 35mm).
  • 2 years of concurrent or additional experience in multimedia content creation, including graphics design
  • Must provide examples of managing multimedia projects from concept to completion.
  • Must provide portfolio showcasing proficiency in graphics design, video editing, photography, and writing skills.

Additional Requirements & Competencies:

  • Proficiency in film editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
  • Proficiency in content creation and graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or other software/tools
  • Experience in social media management, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) to track performance metrics and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) such as engagement, reach, conversion rates, and audience growth.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing KPIs and metrics, including ROI (Return on Investment), CTR (Click-Through Rate), CPC (Cost Per Click), and CPL (Cost Per Lead)
  • Ability to develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and foster community engagement.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to craft clear and engaging copy.
  • Strong understanding of storytelling and visual storytelling principles
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing principles and best practices
  • Excellent collaborative and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate with videographers and content creators to achieve desired outcome.
  • Passion for the nonprofit sector and commitment to the organization's mission
  • Experience working in a nonprofit is preferred but not required.

Work Environment:

  • Hybrid environment: Both inoffice, remote, and offsite work required.
  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
  • Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.

Pay:
$52, $66,479.00 per year
