    Commercial Construction Superintendent Position

    Location: Florida

    Salary Range: $100,000-140,000

    Overview:

    We're on the hunt for an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to spearhead our complex commercial projects.     Responsibilities:

    Project Leadership:

    • Motivate and manage construction teams to deliver exceptional commercial projects.

    Autonomous Decision-Making:

    • Address project challenges proactively, maintaining momentum and focus.

    Project Coordination:

    • Skillfully communicate with a broad range of project participants including clients, architects, and subcontractors.
