Tiello has partnered with a leading Commercial HVAC Contractor who is looking for a Superintendent to oversee the construction of HVAC projects in the Miami - Fort Lauderdale, FL area.

Title: Superintendent (5 years of commercial HVAC experience)

Project Types: High Rise Condos, Hospitals, Hotels, Schools and More

Responsibilities:

• Promote safety and site cleanliness, while implementing and effectively managing Company's safety policies and procedures
• Organize and layout project site logistics
• Oversee execution of the Punch Lists
• Managed and publish subcontractor schedule on a weekly basis
• Review subcontractor meetings

Qualifications:

• Understanding of drawings and specifications
• Experienced with Procore and any other related construction software
