    Description

    Title: General Superintendent - Luxury Residential Multifamily Construction

    Location: Miami and Fort Lauderdale, South Florida

    Company: is a leading general contractor specialized in upscale residential multifamily projects in Miami and Fort Lauderdale, committed to excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee on-site construction operations to ensure timely project completion.
    • Manage subcontractors, enforce safety measures, and control project budgets and timelines.
    • Work closely with project stakeholders to resolve issues and uphold high-quality standards.
    • Guide and support project team members to promote their professional development.

    Qualifications:

    • Preferably hold a Bachelor's degree in construction management or a relevant field.
    • Demonstrated experience as a Lead Superintendent in Miami or Broward with strong subcontractor relations.
    • At least 10 years of proven track record in managing luxury residential multifamily construction projects.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and technical aptitude.
    • Proficiency in construction management software and preference for OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Certification.
