The General Superintendent is a strategic leadership role responsible for managing, leading, and developing the Superintendents within Tatco. The General Superintendent will ensure all construction projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Success in this role requires the ability to lead and coordinate large teams across multiple projects, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong working knowledge of the construction process.

What You Will Do:

• Lead and Inspire: Provide direct leadership and oversight to the superintendents in a geographic location, ensuring all team members are guided with collaboration in mind.
• Operational Oversight: Oversee the daily operations of multiple construction projects, ensuring all are progressing according to plan through proactive problem-solving and resource management.
• Resource Coordination: Organize necessary resources effectively, including workforce, materials, and equipment, to meet ambitious project deadlines and achieve exemplary results.
• Team Development: Actively participate in the hiring, training, and development of Superintendents and other site staff, ensuring the team's skills and capabilities meet the company's strategic goals.
• Quality and Compliance: Oversee quality control measures and ensure full compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience of at least 3 years in a supervisory role within the commercial construction industry preferred, with a strong focus on leadership and operational management.
• Technical proficiency with the ability to read and interpret construction drawings and a strong understanding of modern construction software, methods and materials.
• Exceptional leadership skills coupled with the ability to communicate proactively with all project stakeholders across Tatco Construction.
• Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore) and the ability to utilize technology to update stakeholders on various aspects of construction (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Outlook).

Compensation:

• Salary Range: $90,000 - $100,000 with bonuses.
