    Seeking a Commercial Construction Superintendent in West Palm

    $130-160k

    $20 million Dollar project in Palm Beach

    Are you a seasoned Construction Superintendent with a passion for building commercial spaces that enhance communities? Our client, a prominent construction firm, is looking for an experienced professional to manage key commercial projects in West Palm, Florida.

    Role Responsibilities:

    • Lead the on-site construction team to ensure project completion is on schedule and within budget.
    • Interface with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and clients, to deliver high-quality results.
    • Oversee daily operations, including supervision of staff, subcontractors, and site activities.
    • Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and building regulations.
    • Implement project strategies and schedules, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions.
    • Manage documentation, project diaries, and reports to ensure transparency and accountability.

    Ideal Candidate:

    • Demonstrates at least 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial construction.
    • Has extensive knowledge of construction practices, project management, and regulatory compliance.
    • Exhibits strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
    • Possesses outstanding communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
