- Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities, including oversight of subcontractors and vendors
- Monitor the progress of the project and ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Meet regularly with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project objectives are met
- Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to identify potential issues or conflicts
- Conduct site inspections to assess work quality, progress, and adherence to plans
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders
- 5+ years of experience as a Site Superintendent
- Ability to read construction documents and blueprints
- OSHA certification or ability to obtain it
- Familiarity with ground up and interior construction projects

Seeking a Construction Superintendent with experience in both ground up and interior projects. This organization builds a variety of commercial and hospitality projects ranging from standalone retail stores to hotels and restaurants.
They partner with national firms to build new and improve existing buildings and have a healthy pipeline of work in the local market so you won't have to travel.
