    Job DescriptionDevelopment Coordinator

    Vanguard Renewables is the premier anaerobic digester developer/owner/operator in the United States. Our closed-loop anaerobic digestion process converts organic waste and cow manure into green electricity or renewable natural gas as well as other related "value-added" products. Our head office is in Weston Massachusetts, and we are funded by institutional capital partners. We currently have over twenty projects in development operating in over thirteen States. We have a plan to continue to aggressively expand into other domestic markets.

    As a result of our continued aggressive growth, we are adding a Development Coordinator to our high growth national Development team.

    Responsibilities
    • Create a streamlined organizational purchase order process and other ERP workflow to align with internal accounting requirements.
    • Review our current processes and procedures and make recommendations for our intra-net company/department communication.
    • Create weekly PowerPoint presentations for Development Management meetings.
    • Primary point of contact for the development team with strong communication with all stakeholder groups.
    • Provide support to the leadership team for projects and tasks.
    Skills and Qualifications
    • Minimum two years of experience
    • Excellent written and verbal communication
    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite of products
    • Meticulous with detail.
    • Ability to receive direction and perform under general guidance.
    • Energized by learning, open to change, and excited to gain experience across all phases of a project lifecycle and organizational initiatives, from inception to completion.
    • Must have the ability to seamlessly multitask.
    • Willingness to learn and take on new projects.
