    Job Summary

    The Marketing and Business Development Coordinator identifies and develops relationships with potential clients and project partners.

    They cultivate opportunities to pursue new business and collaborate with others in the Company to develop general and targeted strategies to win new work.

    They assist in developing and managing all social media content, marketing materials, proposals, etc.

    Responsibilities

    Business Development

    Contributes to business development plans including determination of market focus and target clients.

    Identifies new business opportunities and develops strategies for pursuit.

    Coordinates with team to develop responses to RFQ/Ps.

    Tracks and generates scheduled reports on new business opportunities.

    Contributes to management of lead and contact databases.

    Marketing and Interview Presentations

    Participates in developing, improving, and maintaining standard print and electronic presentation materials.

    Coordinates development of project-specific presentations including scheduling and content contributions.

    Participates in presentations when appropriate.

    Debriefs team following presentations to evaluate usefulness of materials and approach.


    Follows up with prospective clients and other presentation recipients to gauge impact of performance; determine next steps; or learn outcome.

    Client Satisfaction


    Engages project teams throughout construction in a formal Client Satisfaction program inclusive of meetings and surveys designed to assure project success from the client perspective.

    Industry Event Participation

    Plans and coordinates company participation in industry, professional and business events that support business development and marketing goals.

    Participates or promotes colleague participation in speaking or panel discussion engagements on trending or industry-relevant topics.

    Attends events as a Delphi agent.

    Organization Membership and Participation

    Identifies and recommends membership in organizations whose mission coincides with or supports Delphi business, professional or community goals.

    Recommends staff members for association with specific organizations and facilitates their successful participation.

    Monitors the Company's combined level of involvement in organizations and adjusts as necessary to support Company goals.

    Network Development

    Develops and cultivates relationships with professionals in related industries including real estate, architecture, engineering, and the construction trades.

    Networks with industry partners to identify leads and other business development opportunities.

    Education and Experience

    Bachelor's degree.

    A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in business development or marketing, preferably in the construction industry.

    Physical Requirements

    Be willing to attend events as a Delphi spokesperson.

    Be willing and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

    Be able to work independently and as part of a team.

    Job Type:
    Full-time


    Pay:
    $75, $90,000.00 per year
