Marketing Operations Coordinator


This role requires superior attention to detail, the ability to meet tight deadlines, strong project management skills, and the ability to juggle multiple critical requests.

A high level of integrity and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the organization is important.


Job responsibilities include:

  • Manage the implementation of all digital and print marketing materials across multiple integration points.
  • Track and validate metadata, manage taxonomy, and tag all assets in accordance with evolving data model.
  • Help drive the internal and external communication process around marketing asset status, manage review and approvals and manage the distribution of that messaging to various audiences. Work closely with internal colleagues and manage outside vendors to ensure appropriate staging and distribution of marketing material.
  • Develop and maintain reports and plans that detail marketing strategies, timelines, budgets, and performance.
  • Provide regular program updates to stakeholders (leadership, marketing, and sales). Review asset utilization and performance and adjust on an ongoing basis to improve ROI.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Additional Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field strongly preferred.
  • Strong project management, time management, and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to develop productive relationships with a variety of colleagues and stakeholders
  • Decisive problemsolving skills and strong analytical skills
  • Process Oriented with meticulous datadriven nature
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks from various constituents to meet ambitious deadlines

  • Knowledge of relevant marketing industry trends

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)
  • Marketing Experience (preferred)
  • Experience with administering digital marketing platforms
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat tools
  • Familiarity with the Digital Asset Management function
