    The Clinical Software Market Development Manager for Radiometer is responsible market development and cultivating new customers in the healthcare industry. The Clinical Software Market Development Manager will own the process from self-generated leads to contract negotiations. You will be required to stay current with new features and products while firmly grasping their clinical value in order to facilitate the sales process. In this role, you will also work collaboratively with the field sales organization and IDN team to support their qualified opportunities.Travel up to 50% may be required.

    This position is part of the North America Sales Organization and covers a national territory in field, fully remote role. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.

    The role will report to the Sr. Director of Sales responsible for driving sales and market growth in the US and Canada. If you thrive in a strategic, fast-paced role on the cutting edge of technology-read on.

    In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

    • Manage the sales process, prospecting new customers, developing clinical champions, and expanding business. Manage and cultivate customer accounts post sale.
    • Successfully execute sales plan for sustained growth and enhanced market penetration.
    • Expertly deliver the clinical software value proposition. Create strategic plan for individual accounts with sales management and provide progress reports.
    • Work with all levels of Hospital leadership to convey the Clinical Software's messaging from Physicians, nursing leadership and C-level decision makers.
    • Work and align cross-functionally with commercial teams to drive key strategic and operational initiatives.
    The essential requirements of the job include:
    • Bachelor's degree required.
    • 3+ years selling in the healthcare sector with successful track record; experience selling enterprise clinical & financial solutions a must; understanding of sales process and strategic enterprise selling.
    • Prior experience selling SaaS to hospitals in general and ICUs in particular is preferred.
    • Excellent oral and written communication and organization skills.
    • Team oriented with strong collaborative skills. Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, energetic and professional.
    It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
    • Software sales experience; successful early-product sales experience
    • Clinical background helpful
    • CRM tools, Dynamics 365 and PowerBI

    The salary range for this role is $110,000-$120,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

    This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay of $75,000.
