- You will develop and nurture strong trust-based relationships with key customer stakeholders.
- You will work closely with our customers to analyze their operation and develop automation concepts and solutions to automate manual processes.
- You will use data and analytics to develop ROI based strategies for value selling solutions.
- You will work closely with various internal disciplines such as engineering, PM, PLM, and SCM to develop opportunity business case, ROI model, and/or concept prototypes.
- You will lead all aspects of development of value based selling strategies for profitable growth.
- You will monitor competition and industry segment by gathering market intelligence on pricing, products, and relevant technologies.
- You will present concepts and ROI models to customer stakeholders and guide them to make informative and win-win decisions.
- You will act as a Körber evangelist externally and a customer advocate internally.
- You have 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales engineering, or account management in mail sortation, industrial automation, or related field.
- You are familiar or comfortable with software architecture concepts such as Cloud Native architecture, edge computing, and AI.
- You have a technical background in software, mechanical or controls engineering.
- You have a bachelor's degree or related equivalent experience.
- You have strong communication skills and the ability to effectively present both technical and business topics to small or large audiences.
- You have the ability to blend "Big Picture" ideas with the ability to execute details necessary to succeed.
- You have a commitment to outstanding customer service and able to build solid client relationships as a trusted partner.
