    Role Description

    This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Business Development Manager in the USA. The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth, building and maintaining client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. They will develop and implement strategic sales plans, manage the sales process, and collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs. The Senior Business Development Manager will also analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies.

    Qualifications

    • Strong sales and business development skills
    • Experience in technology sales, staffing and understanding of software design, AI, Cloud Technologies, Automation, Data Analytics, Mobile Application and DevOps
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Track record of interacting and building relationships with CXO level client contact.
    • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
    • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
    • Ability to work independently and remotely
    • Experience in the IT industry
    • Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations.
    • Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
    • Experience selling custom software solutions to mid-size and large customers.
    • Experience working with offshore team members in India.
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
