We are hiring at Senior Principal-level.What You'll DoIn this role, you will leverage your deep industry knowledge to drive growth and strengthen client relationships while also taking ownership of key client deliverables.
Your expertise will enable you to provide strategic consulting services, offering innovative solutions tailored to each client's unique challenges in the manufacturing sector.
The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of implementing complex solutions, ensuring client satisfaction, fostering long-term partnerships, and growing a portfolio of accounts.
Own direct revenue responsibility of $2.5m+ as Senior PrincipalManage individual and team utilization range depending on client needs - individual utilization target of 60% as Senior PrincipalResponsible for profitability of assigned local accounts (revenue & utilization goals)Identify opportunities for growth/maturation of Slalom offerings and set the strategic directionProvide oversight and governance of all sold/managed engagementsDrive business development with the proper information (creation of SOW, RFP responses), tools and subject matter expertise to sell engagements within the verticalDevelop & deliver best practices, delivery templates and POV papersObtain and maintain certification where appropriate (CSM, PMP, ITIL, Prosci, etc.)Maintain awareness of industry best practices and understand how Slalom capabilities interactOversee project delivery quality assuranceFacilitate client satisfaction surveysSupport recruiting and onboarding of new employeesCollaborate with local and national strategy initiatives What You'll BringProven track record of delivering complex solutions across business, technology and data within the Manufacturing industry, preferably managing integrated teams of 4 or greaterActive and transferable relationships within Manufacturing industry (Aerospace & Defense, Automotive, or Construction)Experience maintaining VP+ level client relationships across both business and technology, ideally within a formal management consulting environmentExperience growing and managing a $2.5M+ manufacturing portfolioAbility to effectively balance business development, contracting/negotiating, solutioning, client engagement, delivery excellence enablement, operations/financial management and team/people management all in a single roleAbout UsSlalom is a purpose-led, global business and technology consulting company.

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay range is $153,000 to $237,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.
