    IHCS provides an Integrated Delivery System in the home setting, which includes, DME, Respiratory, Home Health and Home Infusion services. IHCS has a select network of Medicare and/or Medicaid Certified and Accredited providers to respond to the needs of our patients - 24/7.     What will you be doing:

    As a Home Health Customer Service Rep, you handle the intake process of the order for healthcare services; liaison between our company and our patients and health plans; verify patient information, insurance verification, authorization/referral processing, obtaining and releasing clinical documentation, responds to health plan inquiries,, and research and resolve patient accounts, or escalate for resolution.

    What will you come with:
    • 2+ years of intake referrals experience within Home Health
    • Effective verbal and written communication skill
    • Ability to use various computer programs and applications, IE EMR/EHR
    • Ability to self-motivate and work independently
    • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
    • Bilingual Spanish a plus
    • Certification a plus
