Procurement /Accounts Payable Specialist with Coupa
LHH recruitment is hiring for a procurement to pay/Accounts payable specialist in the Palm Beach Gardens, FL area. The ideal candidate will have experience with COUPA. This position is a long-term contracted role that offers a hybrid/remote opportunity.

Responsibilities:
Review and record invoices from vendors to ensure accuracy

Process expense reports from employees Identify discrepancies and escalate in appropriate manner

Have knowledge of approved vendors and policies to avoid paying unauthorized invoices and expenses

Maintain 1099s and generate report at year end

Qualifications:
Procurement to pay experience

Accounts payable experience

3-5 years in accounting or related field

Strong organizational, analytical and recording skills

Detail oriented

This position is a long-term contracted role that will pay $24-$27/hr depending on resume and experience. Please apply today

$24.00 to $27.00 per hour
