    If you excel at developing and maintaining customer relationships, driving brand loyalty, and meeting key performance indicator (KPI) goals, then this is the perfect opportunity for youAt Buildingstars, we value our employees and offer a competitive compensation package, including:

    Base salary, uncapped commission, and bonus, with projected first-year earnings between $56,000 and $70,000Company-issued car that can also be used for personal use, along with a fuel card, insurance, and maintenance coverageCompany-issued cell phone and tablet deviceComprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and life insurance, a matching 401k, paid time off, and paid holidaysAs an Account Manager, your responsibilities will include:Being the main point of contact for client concerns, needs and requestsBuilding and strengthening client relationships to establish long-term partnerships and achieve KPIsEngaging with customers on-site on a daily basisProviding coaching and support to our franchise owners for business developmentCoordinating the start-up of new accountsDeveloping a deep understanding of our services to effectively upsell and cross-sell to existing customersTo qualify for this position, you should have:A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experiencePrevious experience in account management, customer service, or salesA stable work historyExceptional relationship management and problem-solving skillsStrong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detailPlease note that successful completion of a background check, education verification, and reference checks are required before employment.
