    DESCRIPTION

    We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager, Platform to play a crucial role in developing and executing product marketing strategies and materials. The ideal candidate has a knack for synthesizing complex technical content and is passionate about advocating for user needs. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to develop user guides, emails, platform copy, video tutorials, and other content that helps our users succeed with our evolving platform. Reporting directly to the Lead Product Marketing Manager, this is a great opportunity to launch a career in product marketing at a fast-growing startup.

    RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Key messaging & positioning - Gain a deep understanding of our customer base and contribute to the development of key messaging and positioning for multiple stakeholders.
    • Product documentation - Write, revise, and maintain high-quality documentation including videos, demos, tutorials, training materials, in-platform instructions, and FAQs.
    • Product copywriting - Collaborate with the product team to revise product and onboarding email copy to maximize clarity, ease-of-use, and conversions.
    • Go-to-market support - Assist in the planning and execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches and updates.
    • Sales enablement support - Help create training materials, FAQs, product guides, and other resources that underline Pontera's capabilities and value proposition.
    • Subject matter expertise - Develop a detailed knowledge of the financial industry and our stakeholders to inform content strategy.
    • Cross-functional collaboration - Work closely with Product, Customer Success, and Sales to create the best possible guides and help information for our internal teams and customers
    REQUIREMENTS
    • Bachelor's Degree
    • 4-6 years of experience with technical writing, product management, product marketing, or related
    • Strong interest in financial services marketing, experience with wealth management preferred
    • Proven track record of developing and executing successful GTM strategies
    • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey complex financial and technical concepts clearly to a variety of audiences
    • Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with partners, team members, and other stakeholders
    • Exceptional attention to detail, placing a high priority on accuracy and consistency
    • Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth start-up environment

    • Experience B2B and B2C marketing
    • Experience creating instructional videos
    • Familiarity with Zendesk or other knowledgebase platforms
