What You Will Do:

  • Own platform products endtoend, driving product discussions (e.g. vision, goals, tenets, roadmap) across teams. Develop a product vision, growth strategy and OKRs.
  • Define product strategy and help prioritize the roadmap for the Client's NextGen platform services and overall platform.
  • Oversee the Client's "Universal Widget" custom identity form solution which requires a deep understanding of the supporting technical architecture, working with key stakeholders at the Client and their 3rd party hosting partners.
  • Lead and perform daily product management activities including writing product specs and requirements, as well as crafting high level technical and user experience flows.
  • Partner with consumer experience product team to understand business and user needs and align platform delivery milestones and dependencies.
  • Effectively support the product design, engineering, and QA teams throughout sprint cycles by proactively removing roadblocks and prioritizing work items based on established outcomes and business objectives.
  • Build and manage relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders, including product owners, product marketing, content, operations, sponsorship sales, commerce, external vendors, and executives.
  • Working knowledge of developing QA test plans and strategies for data/analytics.
  • Attention to detail paired with a passion for delivering the best user experience possible.

Skills and Experience You Will Need:

Required:

  • 5+ years in digital product development for core platform and internal tooling with a proven track record of successful launches
  • Experience producing wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user interaction diagrams.
  • Experience working with emerging technologies, video streaming, subscription systems, and platform integrations.
  • Knowledge of release and regression testing methodologies.
  • Agile/Scrum experience and familiarity with JIRA and Confluence or similar tool sets.
  • Experience with Identity platforms.
  • Knowledge and some working experience with Azure, AWS, and Google cloud products.
  • Relevant experience within the sports media/streaming media industry

Desired:

  • Experience with any of the following platforms is extremely beneficial: Identity, Payment, Entitlement
Educational Background Required

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related technical field.

Physical Requirements:


  • Prolonged periods of remaining stationary at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift to 15 lbs., as needed
  • Must be able to work onsite (corporate/client offices), as needed (not applicable for 100% remote roles)
  • Occasionally required to bend, kneel, crouch, and reach overhead.
  • Handeye coordination necessary to operate computers and various pieces of office equipment.
  • Specific vision abilities required include close vision, the ability to tolerate fluorescent lighting, and the ability to adjust focus.
