Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in a technical project management or a customerfacing role.
- 5 years of experience in project or team leadership in sales engineering, product management or technical operations.
- 3 years of experience in people management.
- Experience managing projects that improve operations and processes.
- Experience managing product roadmaps, influencing crossfunctional business and technical teams, and communicating technical concepts to business stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in planning and managing strategic and operational levels.
- Experience managing and growing relationships with crossfunctional teams, internally and externally.
- Experience with support channels.
- Familiarity with SQL, database engineering, scripting, C++, Java, and other languages that construct and parse the messages.
- Ability to present to executives and communicate with technical management teams.
- Excellent problemsolving skills.

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the team that delivers on business initiatives that enable the scale of YouTube's and support operations, including implementation logic, configuration, workflows, testing, maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Implement an operations structure and bring an operations mindset to the team.
- Partner with the business, including prioritization, technical consulting, and mitigating complex escalations.
- Scale configuration and administration services by defining an effective operating model, scaling with vendors and delivering on strategic initiatives.
- Partner with the product lead and Web Solutions Engineering teams to inform feature improvements and longterm product needs.
