    Responsibilities:

    • Lead a global team of Database Platform Engineers, fostering collaboration and innovation.
    • Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders to deeply understand their needs and requirements.
    • Develop and execute the firm's database strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
    • Deliver scalable and efficient database solutions that enhance portfolio management and drive business growth.
    • Evangelize best practices for database development across portfolio management, business, and technology teams.
    • Design and implement reporting strategies and solutions for both desktop and mobile platforms.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in the finance industry, with a strong understanding of financial principles and operations.
    • Proficiency in Python and SQL for database development and management.
    • Hands-on experience with AWS (Amazon Web Services) or other cloud platforms.
    • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a knack for building relationships and influencing stakeholders.

    Preferred Qualifications:
