    Global Marketing Manager

    to reinforce our

    Bioindustry & Plant care

    team This position will be located in

    La Madeleine (Lille).

    Your mission?

    You will lead the development and implementation of the Global Marketing Strategy for Bioindustry & Plant care at a Global scale.

    Your experience and talents will make the difference to:

    Drive the BU Marketing Strategy

    for Bioindustry & Plant care :

    Communicate on the BU mission, strategies and key initiatives via effective tools (story telling, value propositions, digital campaigns, presentations, emails) across Roquette and externally with the market and the customer network.

    As a key BU Team leader, deliver the annual budgeted Sales and VM with a focus on launches of new products and services.

    Lead the transversal implementation to ensure deliverables are met in line with Budgets, Forecasts, Marketing plans, the Mid Term Plan and short term incentive objectives.

    Provide useful, relevant, timely marketing material and insights to enable the Sales team to deliver winning value propositions.

    Develop Innovation & New Products Launches
    Oversee and in some case lead the various Innovation platform projects to commercialization.
    Identify, develop and launch new products & services and potential acquisition targets that grow Roquette's value in the market.
    Develop and implement ways to improve our customer satisfaction measured as NPS.

    Perform market research on various aspects of the business including market trends, competition, product life cycle, and new product pipelines of Roquette's current and future customer.

    And also...
    Master's degree in Marketing or Digital Marketing

    • 7 years of experience in Marketing in an international environment
    Knowledge of the Bioindustry (industrial fermentation) and more specifically in Plant care (plant nutrition, plant protection, agri business)
    Motivation for sustainable development
    Great communication skills & leadership
    People and Project management
    Innovative & Action driven
    Willing to business trips when needed (international events, exhibitions)
    And because we are an international company you are fully fluent in English ?
