Digital Marketing Manager

The Digital Marketing Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing and managing IRC's digital ecosystem, which includes websites, social media, and digital marketing campaigns. This position involves developing and executing digital marketing strategies, analyzing performance data, and ensuring brand consistency in the digital space. The Digital Marketing Manager collaborates with various teams to identify growth opportunities and enhance the customer journey through digital channels. This is a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as a digital marketing expert for programs targeting B2B and B2C audiences.
- Strategize and implement organic and paid digital marketing campaigns such as SEO, paid search, display advertising, retargeting, email marketing, and social media.
- Monitor trends, performance metrics, and user behaviors to drive engagement and generate leads.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to leverage data-driven insights for digital enhancement.
- Manage projects efficiently to deliver timely and polished results.
- Create performance dashboards and conduct A/B testing for optimization.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights on digital initiatives.
- Recommend improvements for landing pages, UX/UI, and integrations to improve user experience.
- Full-time remote position with standard weekday hours and occasional travel for special projects and events.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
