    Description

    Are you an adept project manager with a strategic mindset, a passion for real estate, and a talent for crafting top-notch proposals? Blanton Turner, a Seattle-based property management and development consulting company, is seeking an experienced Marketing Project Manager to assist their in-house agency-style team in managing projects for the company and its diverse portfolio of multifamily, student, and commercial properties.

    $75,000 - $80,000 Annually, DOE

    Schedule:
    Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm

    Hours per week: 40

    A Day in the Life
    Manage the organization of deliverables for all projects while working within budgets and strict timelines.
    Manage internal and external communications and respond quickly to each.

    Schedule appropriate tasks for each actionable item from incoming communication (email, phone, meeting, request form) and regularly follow up on outstanding items.

    Collaborate with all Blanton Turner teams to push projects to completion and meet deadlines.
    Track and compile billable hours and expenses and accurately pull reports on a bi-weekly basis.
    Communicate with clients on a regular basis and provide feedback to the creative and marketing team.
    Manage vendor/partner service providers.
    Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues that arise.
    Schedule interdepartmental meetings and lead weekly internal meetings.
    Delegate tasks to the marketing coordinator when needed.
    Project manage all BT Creative and Blanton Turner proposal responses.
    Collaborate with other Blanton Turner project managers on company-wide initiatives.
    Specific Tasks-Quickly respond to all incoming communication (internal and external).
    Manage BT Creative Requests and emails.
    Photography and matterport coordination.
    Utilize Asana to organize and track tasks for BTC team.
    Management of Creative Contracts
    Communicate with clients on a regular basis for upcoming and ongoing projects.
    Schedule interdepartmental meetings
    Manage vendor/partner service providers from concept and contracting to completion with minimal supervision.
    Compile and track billable hour reporting for BTC team and contract work.
    Team expense management – Divvy.
    Collaborate with designer on creative contracts (naming, branding, website etc.).
    Support Event Manager with coordination, ordering and staffing of events.
    Collaborate with digital manager to set up and edit Engrain sitemaps.
    Collaborate closely with Development Consulting team on budget and proposal crossover.
    Create and collaborate on all RFP's and build presentation decks.
    Requirements
    At least 4 years project management experience with 4-year college degree.
    Experience in proposal creation required.

    High degree of PowerPoint experience, an eye for layout composition and consistency, and an ability to organize and manage assets along with agility to manage changes from template to template.

    Experience with the following systems preferred: EverHour, Smartsheet, Wordpress, Powerpoint, Asana, Yardi Voyager, Entrata, Funnel, Excel.
    Healthy sense of humor, great attitude, energetic, and professional.
    Excellent customer service, communication and writing skills are required.
    Ability to drive projects to completion.
    Able to multi-task and achieve high-quality results under tight deadlines and changing work priorities.
    Strong project management, and time management skills.
    Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
