    The Opportunity:
    • Lead and manage a range of projects for our diverse clients, ensuring their needs are understood and exceeded at every step. You'll collaborate closely with client stakeholders to define project requirements, timelines, and budgets. Throughout the project lifecycle, you'll be the point person, overseeing all aspects of execution and keeping clients informed of progress and any potential roadblocks.
    • Champion excellent client relationships-we put them at the heart of everything. Building strong rapport and trust with clients is essential. You'll proactively communicate, address concerns promptly, and go the extra mile to ensure their satisfaction.
    • Manage budgets, timelines, and address roadblocks for seamless project execution. You'll wear many hats in this role, from creating and monitoring project plans to identifying and mitigating risks. Your ability to stay organized, prioritize effectively, and solve problems creatively will be key to keeping projects on track.
    • Collaborate closely with teams to ensure everyone is working effectively towards goals. Effective teamwork is essential to our success. You'll delegate tasks to team members, provide clear direction, and foster a collaborative environment where everyone feels valued and supported.
    You'll Be a Great Fit If You Have:
    • 2-5 years of project management experience: Experience working in an agency setting or managing projects with external vendors is a plus
    • Top-notch organization skills: Juggling tasks is your forte. You thrive in fast-paced environments and can wear many hats without missing a beat. You possess excellent time management skills, allowing you to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines consistently. Your ability to stay organized ensures all project details are documented and readily accessible, promoting transparency and keeping everyone on the same page.
    • Comfort with project management tools: Experience with project management tools like Kantata, Mavenlink, Jira, or similar platforms will allow you to hit the ground running. These tools help streamline project execution by centralizing tasks, communication, and documentation. Familiarity with these tools demonstrates your ability to adapt to new technologies and processes.
    • Experience with managing software development projects
    • A desire to learn and a proactive attitude
    Even Better If You Have:
    • PMP certification or similar
    • Detailed knowledge of Kantata and Jira
    • Experience with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Google Docs, Google Spreadsheets, Photoshop, Zoom, and Slack, in a work or academic setting
