    Project Engineering Manager

    per la nostra sede diRoma Tiburtina.
    La persona si occuperà delle seguenti attività:
    Assicurare il raggiungimento delle milestones tecniche nei tempi e nei costi preventivati;

    coordinare il team di ingegneri/e allocati/e sul progetto specifico;

    coordinare i subfornitori e le scelte implementative relative alle soluzioni tecniche del progetto;

    presiedere i lavori in sito se necessario;

    riportare lo stato di avanzamento lavori in Integrated Project Team;

    agire da primo punto di contatto tecnico verso il cliente.

    Titolo di studio:
    Laurea triennale o magistrale in Ingegneria delle Telecomunicazioni, Ingegneria Elettronica, Ingegneria Informatica, Ingegneria Aeronautica o equivalenti.

    Seniority:
    Expert: 3-5 anni di esperienza; Senior: 5-10 anni di esperienza.

    Conoscenze e competenze tecniche:
    Conoscenze di System Design and Development management di sistemi C2;

    ottime competenze nel redigere report tecnici;

    competenze nella pianificazione di attività e di risorse anche in base ad eventuali vincoli esterni.

    competenze nella verifica e validazione di sistemi critici;

    competenze nel coordinamento di team tecnici multi disciplinari;

    competenze nel coordinamento di subfornitori esterni;

    gradite Conoscenze di WAN networks, firewalls in particolare in ambiente CISCO, Cyber Security e relativa applicazione in sistemi complessi.

    capacità di analisi, di sintesi e di comunicazione efficace;

    padronanza nelle presentazioni in pubblico;

    Conoscenze linguistiche:
    Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (C1); si valuta positivamente la conoscenza di una seconda lingua, in particolare di Francese e/o Spagnolo.

    Competenze informatiche:
    Conoscenza eccellente di Excel, Power Point, World;

    conoscenza di Project e/o altri tool di pianificazione (i.e. Primavera);

    gradita la conoscenza di architetture di tipo container (Docker, Puppet, Ansible, RedHat IdM);

    conoscenza di SAP, gestione milestones e carichi.

    La/il candidata/o ideale offre la propria disponibilità a svolgere l'attività lavorativa principalmente in sede e ad effettuare trasferte frequenti di breve/media durata in Italia e/o all'estero.

    Il possesso di una o più delle seguenti certificazioni rappresenta un valore aggiunto: PMI, ISIPM, CISCO, Red Hat, CISSP.
