- Completes new hire paperwork including, background screening and drug testing
- Administers pre-employment testing
- Assist HR Manager with job postings
- Conducts preliminary review of applicants resumes and or applications
- Interview applicants via phone for openings
- Create, implement and manage sourcing methodologies
- Attends career fairs in area to attract new applicants
- Perform other duties as required by the HR Manager
- Associate degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in applicant and phone screening preferred
- Knowledge of Federal and State laws and regulations pertaining to employment
- Detail-oriented, exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills

The compensation range for this position is $21-24/hr.
