    Description

    • Have 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development
    • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Have strong problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Have in-depth understanding of Salesforce data modeling and metadata
    • Have deep expertise with Lightning Flows, Apex Triggers, and SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce APIs, and RESTful/SOAP APIs
    • Have experience with development tools such as Salesforce CLI, Workbench, and Git
    • Have experience with Salesforce testing tools such as Salesforce Test Automation Framework (TAF)
    • Knowledge of cloud-based computing principles and practices
    • Have a track record of championing quality engineering: be adamant that all code is written in a way that can be tested with unit tests
    • Have experience working with high-performing teams using Agile and Lean methodologies and frameworks
    • Have experience with Salesforce integrations with external services
    • Have hands on DevOps experience with Copado or other tools
    • Have familiarity with Lightning Web Components, the Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) and Aura UI
    PREFERRED EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/SKILLS

    • Have Salesforce Platform Developer I and II or other Developer Certifications
    • Have familiarity with Marketing Cloud or Experience Cloud
