    Role:
    Senior Salesforce Development Manager


    This role leads a dynamic team of skilled Salesforce engineers dedicated to developing, enhancing, and maintaining critical systems that support a core product for the business.

    We are seeking a dynamic leader with a deep technical background in Salesforce development, including extensive APEX knowledge. If you are passionate about fostering a culture of excellence and innovation, we want to hear from you


    Your team comprises talented engineers and high achievers, and your primary objective is to build and maintain trust with business partners by consistently delivering high-quality solutions to complex challenges.


    Responsibilities:
    Lead, develop, and manage a team of engineers and developers, providing guidance and support for their professional growth.
    Drive technical excellence within the team, ensuring best practices are followed in Salesforce application development.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
    Foster a culture of courage and experimentation, encouraging the team to explore new ideas and technologies.
    Oversee the full software development lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality.
    Champion a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting communication, trust, and respect.
    Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.


    Experience Needed:
    Proven experience managing Salesforce development teams.
    Strong understanding of Agile principles and Scrum framework.
    Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.
    Ability to empower and motivate teams to achieve their goals.
    Experience with Agile tools such as Jira.
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Salesforce certifications preferred.
