About Aria Li:

Studying at the prestigious USC School of Cinematic Arts, Aria has assisted the president of the motion picture academy, veteran producer Janet Yang, as well as Sundance award winning writer-director Jordan Melamed. 

Experience

In 2020, Aria assisted the President of the Motion Picture Arts and Sciences academy Janet Yang at her company Janet Yang Productions. During the duration of the assistantship, she managed Ms. Yang's daily schedule, organised the interns, completed script coverage, and did research for in-development projects. In 2022, Aria assisted Sundance award winning writer-director Jordan Melamed on his new TV series in development. During the process, she contributed to pilot brainstorming sessions, giving notes on various pilot drafts, and graphic designed a 99-page visual and textual pitch-deck on Canva. 

Education

Aria is a B.F.A Film & TV production major at the USC School of Cinematic Arts, slated to graduate in May of 2023.
