Who You Are
Slalom is seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial, and progressive Director to drive Salesforce services with our Los Angeles-based clients.

The Salesforce Practice Leader will provide thought leadership to our enterprise and mid-market clients, set strategic direction for the Salesforce practitioners, and own accountability for the quality execution of business and technology consulting services across all Salesforce engagements.

What You'll Do
As Director, you will own accountability for the Salesforce practice - e.g.

, driving quality, sales, recruiting, account management, consulting delivery, and all operational aspects, including:


_ Practice Building_

  • Drive overall account growth through a combination of business development, talent management, oversight of delivery work, and thought leadership.
  • Own direct revenue responsibility of $5m+
  • Identify opportunities for growth and maturation of Salesforce offerings.
  • Build and develop relationships with Salesforce and own joint sales pursuits.
  • Maintain awareness of industry leading practices and business levers for cloud offerings and understand how Slalom practice areas interact.

_ Engagement Management_

  • Manage engagement risk, project economics including planning and budgeting, managing accounts receivable, defining deliverable content, and ensuring buyin of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client.
  • Provide oversight and governance of all sold and managed Salesforce projects.
  • Oversee quality assurance of project delivery.

_ Team & Individual Development_

  • Maximize team performance through an effective team approach that increases productivity and job satisfaction.
  • Assign practice area development tasks when Consultants are between projects.
  • Develop and deliver leading practices, delivery templates, and pointofview papers. Create reusable collateral for sales and delivery accelerators.
  • Develop case studies and training materials; conduct brown bags and provide guidance for the Salesforce Practice.

What You'll Bring

  • Strong business development skills with a proven track record of managing complex pursuits
  • Experience growing enterprisescale client relationships
  • Senior advisory background with experience proposing and leading crossfunctional engagements of teams with various technical and nontechnical capabilities
  • Functional understanding of Salesforce with demonstrated ability to architect solutions
  • Expert at project delivery who can perform all aspects of program management and articulate a mature delivery methodology to clients and team members
