We're hiring a

Financial Analyst

to join our Finance Team in Souderton, PA. Please note, this position will become hybrid after the initial training period.

Responsibilities

Support the preparation of internal monthly board and close reports
Assist with preparation, distribution, and evolution of monthly business unit reporting packages
Assist with the preparation of annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and perform analysis of results against plan and forecasts
Conduct financial analysis activity of the company and related ad-hoc analysis requests
Compile and monitor business unit metrics, profitability drivers for line measurement, and responsible for the creation and maintenance of business financial forecasting models
Provide valuable insight and guidance to line of business leaders through interpretation of various analyses
Responsible for applicable compliance with laws and regulations, including the Univest Code of Conduct
Perform additional duties as required

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
0-2 years related experience

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel including comprehension of advanced functions (e.g., lookup & reference, nested logical expressions, aggregation, etc.) and features (e.g.

, conditional formatting, data validation, pivot tables, external data connections)
Experience rendering charts, graphs, and other visualizations
Strong communication skills (both oral and written) and presentation skills
Demonstrated ability to manage tight deadlines and prioritize workloads with a high degree of accuracy
Strict adherence to confidentiality of sensitive data
Desire to be a critical member of a high-performance team in a disciplined organization
