Heres what youd do:

The Staff Financial Analyst is responsible for assisting in performing financial reporting and analysis.

Youd be responsible to:

Responsible for supporting financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
Assists with the preparation of key monthly and quarterly reports such as Sales Reporting, Customer Reporting, and Labor Analytics
Provide support in the annual budget process and monthly business reviews
Identify trends in financial performance, identify risks & opportunities, and provide recommendations for improvement
Routine communication with all levels of the organization relating to core FP&A functions, including forecast, budget, financial close & analysis, key deliverables, strategic initiatives, and other ad hoc tasks
Crossfunctional business partner with Finance, Ops, and other core business unit leaders to provide data and help drive strategic decisions
Responsible for performing special projects to improve process efficiency and performance.
Perform additional ad hoc projects and analytics as necessary

You might be a good fit if you have:

Finance, Accounting, Business,or related Bachelor's degree
Minimum 1 year of P&L analysis experience and/or financial modeling
Experience in a matrix organization and willingness to adapt to a fastpaced environment
Proficiency with Excel modeling, PowerPoint presentations and other financial software with a keen attention to detail
Precise, deadlinedriven, matureminded, organized, communicative and creative team member
Strategic thinker with ability to influence and tell the story with empirical data
