    **Position Summary:**

    The Extended Care Senior Inventory Sales Support Analyst position will be responsible for coordinating all Materials Management inventory related duties and responsibilities as it relates to our Hyperdrive initiative related to the vaccine storage and kitting operation.

    **Key Responsibilities:**

    Integrates effectively with team to ensure overall business unit goals are achieved

    Understand new kit configurations and inventory impact

    Distribute daily review of component inventory by location (email)

    Review/level inventory to ensure adequate inventory is in the right place to meet the Production Schedule

    Provide data for the Production Model (update forecasts and weekly receipt totals)

    Create Receipts Only POs for every inbound shipment to a Hyperdrive DC

    Transfer finished kits to other Hyperdrive DCs and McKesson Specialty Locations

    **Minimum Job Qualifications:**

    Education/Training

    Four year college degree in related field or equivalent experience

    Business Experience

    4+ years Inventory Management

    Forecasting experience and understanding of demand planning concepts a plus

    Entry level in Project Management.

    Specialized Knowledge/Skills

    Analytical Mindset

    + Ability to create and edit MS Access and TOAD Queries

    + Advanced Excel skills

    Strong communication skills

    Exceptional attention to detail

    Understanding of E1 Purchasing functions (Preferred)

    Career Level - IC-Professional - P3
